The Challenge
Campus Federal unveiled a new Interaction Center equipped with digital solutions and a live video teller for additional assistance. But with consumers gravitating away from traditional, transaction-based branches, they needed help generating awareness of the new location’s unique offerings while increasing membership in the surrounding area…all while opening during the COVID-19 pandemic.


The Strategy
Zehnder worked with the credit union to develop a brand mark and a strategic, multi-touch media campaign announcing the Interaction Center’s grand opening in Long Farm Village, Baton Rouge. We also developed a customized brand for the Interaction Center, communicating its innovative technology and advanced digital services to the area’s millennial audience. Finally, we developed a virtual tour video and Google 360 for the Center’s virtual grand opening.
The Results
The awareness campaign has had a significant impact on Campus Federal’s membership as they continue to promote and expand their presence in the community.
