The Challenge
Nearly a decade after our first successful project with the client, DMG changed its name to Duly Health and Care in order to reflect growth beyond the Chicagoland market. Zehnder’s challenge this time was to raise awareness of the name change while emphasizing continuity of care and reigniting the momentum of the first campaign.



The Strategy
To help the client regain brand recognition after the name change, we developed a creative campaign introducing the new Duly, leveraging the strengths they had uniquely owned as DuPage Medical Group while driving awareness of Duly’s evolved, “patient first” care model.
