The Challenge
ONE Gas came to Zehnder in need of a modernized, fully integrated digital marketing plan. Elevating ONE Gas’s online presence would require assessing every digital touchpoint – from website and social media channels to email marketing and blogs.
The Strategy
Zehnder began by developing and deploying surveys to key ONE Gas staff across the company. We also conducted in-person, deep-dive interviews. Our research showed a clear need for a unified, consistent digital presence encompassing all departments.
The Results
Zehnder enhanced user experience with improved website navigation and an intuitive content management system. We elevated storytelling through video, animation, and blogs while segmenting email campaigns, refining social media management, and optimizing reporting and analytics for future marketing efforts.
Additionally, Zehnder provided custom designs for a new online vendor catalog. This created a seamless search experience for customers and sales representatives looking for third-party vendors selling energy-efficient natural gas products and equipment.
