The Challenge
Piccadilly wanted to maintain its reputation as a time-honored destination for homestyle cooking while also appealing to younger diners looking for something current and fresh. The client hoped to boost restaurant and catering sales in target markets like Atlanta, Baton Rouge, Jackson, Memphis, and New Orleans, but their brand – including messaging strategy and creative approach – had not been altered in decades.

The Strategy
Zehnder refreshed the Piccadilly brand with an updated logo, modern color scheme, and original photography highlighting the client’s authentic approach to homestyle cooking. Messaging focused on Piccadilly’s “made here” and “made fresh” meals, differentiating their offerings from other quick-service restaurant competitors.
The Results
As a result of the refreshed branding, Piccadilly saw a new generation of dining at the restaurant, expanded catering sales during key seasons, and increased brand recognition across markets.
